Shipping Policy- All items shall be shipped with Commercial Shipping Company to
a point where they could operate, without changing the mode of shipping (Ex: roadway shipping mode shall not change to air
or water). Receiving is the responsibility of our customers (Consignee); Delivery receipt shall be signed after consignee’s
inspection only. All Items shall be insured against freight damages until delivery receipt signed by consignee. When an item
is shipped-out, customer (consignee) will receive an email with the transit company’s name and tracking number/ PRO
number. For exact delivery date, please contact the shipping company or logon to the web site referred, and track with the
Tracking number/ PRO number e-mailed by Amtecs after receiving from Logistic company. Large Merchandise may come on a pallet,
banded and wrapped for further protection. If palletized, a forklift will be needed to unload unit or the unit can be unpacked
and unloaded piece by piece/ panel by panel off the pallet, while it is still on the truck. Two or three people will need
to be available to receive delivery, if this option is chosen. You may be charged a surcharge if it takes too long to unload
the truck.

Shipping Time: Customers should expect
a standard shipping time of 2 to 3 business days for all stock Orders. That includes 72 hours for preparing the order for
shipment and once shipped out, we will send an email with the PRO number, which will enable you to go to the web site noted
and actually TRACK your shipment. Amtecs will always strive to ship products in a reasonable time frame.
· The return of any merchandise: This shall be routed through Amtecs Customer Service Department. To return merchandise
for any reason, or for merchandise return questions, you should contact our Customer Service Returns Department.
· Policy Regarding Needed Permits and Suitability: Because permit requirements vary so much from city to city and
region to region, Amtecs can make no guarantee about the suitability or requirement or availability of permits for products
purchased online. It is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain when and if they are required, and to obtain them as necessary.
If the buyer is unsure, we recommend that they check with their local building department for clarification of requirements.
· Condition of Products and Installation: Unless otherwise noted, all products come in a "knocked down" condition,
with assembly required on the part of the buyer. Buyers may request quotations for installation and assembly from us or from
any one who can offer.

Policy for Defective Merchandise
and Shortages: If a product appears to have
a manufacturer's defect, or if there is a shortage, please contact us within 2 days at 516-749-1247 for immediate service.
We will be happy to replace the product, but please do not return products to Amtecs without first contacting us to receive
instructions. Because of high freight rates, we may simply choose to replace the merchandise, at Amtecs discretion. Returns
of defective items require a Return Authorization Number. Packages without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on
the package shall be refused, and Amtecs shall not be held responsible for the ultimate disposition of such shipments.
· Lead-Time: All Amtecs brand/ manufacture red products shall be custom-made and Lead-Time (time required to
manufacture) shall be 15 business days unless specified in the quote. Special production can be as little as 2 days if agreed
in writing.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Merchandise: Restocking Policies - Stock orders which are cancelled or changed by our customer
(consignee) after 24 hours of placing the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total invoiced amount.
Custom-made (All Amtecs brand products) products can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the Order. However, after the
48 Hours, it is subject to 100% Invoice amount. The reason is that the order is placed to make the equipment to the dimension
specified in the drawing, which in most cases will not fit to other clients’ needs.
· Shipment Refuse: If a customer refuses
to receive a shipment when it reaches them, it shall be redirected to a storage facility and later auctioned. All expenses
including shipping, storage, clerical and legal expenses shall be deducted and balance if any shall be returned to Customer.
Auction will take place on E-Bay/ Online after 90 days of Storage. In case of a negative balance, the client shall be charged.
· The authorized return of non-defective merchandise: This could incur up to a 25% (of the order total) restocking fee, based on the discretion of Amtecs. No returns
shall be accepted without a Return authorization number written clearly on the package. No customer shall be authorized to
return after 48 Hours of receipt of shipment. Custom-made items shall incur up to a 100% restocking fee and customer shall
prepay the return shipping charges. Once a return has been authorized by Amtecs’ Returns Department, the customer must
return the item to the address given by the Returns Department. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside
of the box or package.

Used merchandise: Used merchandise shall not be returned and if shipped shall not be received. In the event used merchandise
is returned, the customer shall not be refunded, rather charged additional handling Fee.

Return shipment Records: Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event
of loss of returned merchandise. Returns valued above $100.00 shall be insured and paid for by the buyer. Amtecs shall not
be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach its Returns Department. Amtecs shall notify the Customer if a
refund is made via email or fax. Once Amtecs has received and processed the returned item, the customer can expect a refund
(if applicable) within 1 to 10 business days. Customers are responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments or returns,
except when due to an error by Amtecs. Amtecs is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to
product defects, errors in shipping of orders, or other errors. The limit of Amtecs’ liability is the replacement cost
of any item the Customer purchased from Amtecs.

Amtecs’ error: Amtecs shall arrange a pick up at its cost, if a wrong item was shipped. Item shall be returned in
original package, unopened and FOB.

Return Policy for Merchandise
Damaged in Shipment: Items damaged in shipment
are the responsibility of the freight carrier, whether it is national or international claims shall be filed with the Logistic
Company. The Consignee/ authorized recipient shall make a note on the delivery receipt about any missing or damaged cartons/
packages, which shall be counter signed by the delivery person. If the customer notices a concealed damage after the delivery
person left, they shall keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to arrange to file a claim with in 24 Hours. Amtecs
shall not be held responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but Amtecs may help to resolve any problems to the
consignee’s satisfaction.

Back Orders: Customers shall be notified if the ordered product is temporarily
out of stock. Customers may be issued a full refund or wait for the stock to become available, at their request.
· Order Changes/Amendments: Generally, the customer should assume that once an order is placed, it could not be
changed in any way. However, if the customer contacts Amtecs customer service department no later than 24 hours with a change
request, it may be possible to amend the order. Because shipping charges vary based on several geographical factors, even
address corrections can result in extra fees. The customer is responsible for supplying accurate shipping information and
is accountable for any losses due to such errors. If it becomes necessary to cancel an order, it may be subject to a restocking
fee of up to twenty five percent (25%) for stock items.
· Cancelled Orders: Orders placed with Amtecs can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped out. All order
cancellations - already shipped or awaiting pick-up by shipping company shall be subjected to a restocking fee of up to twenty
five percent (25%) of the order total for stock items, plus any shipping and/or handling charges that may apply, based on
the discretion of Amtecs. Custom-made Products shall not be cancelled and shall be subjected to 100% Invoice amount and return shipping charges if already shipped.

International shipping:
Once the shipment was picked-up by
or delivered to an international shipping company, the international shipping company will be responsible for the safe delivery
of the product.

Payment Terms and Past Due Invoices: Unless otherwise noted, all orders are prepaid by check or credit
card. We accept check by fax. By faxing a check to Amtecs, you have given your express permission for us to process the check.
All past due invoices are subject to the highest interest rate allowed by law. All bounced checks incur a $39 fee, and must
be replaced immediately by a cashier's check.
· Choices of Law, Disputes: All orders, unless specifically noted otherwise, take place in the State of NY, in the County of Nassau,
regardless of FOB points or shipping points. This agreement and the performance of the parties hereunder shall be construed
in accordance with and governed by the law of the State of New York. Buyer irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Nassau County, New York, on all matters arising out of or relating to this sale. Buyer further irrevocably
consents to service of process by certified mail, return receipt requested, at buyer's address set forth in the order acknowledgement.
· The above terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with
the seller and accepted: Buyer acknowledges
having read and understood these terms, conditions, and agrees to abide by them upon placement of any order with seller. In
the event it becomes necessary to refer the account to a collection agency or to institute legal action to obtain payment
of the account, buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by such action. Product improvement
is a continuing commitment of manufacturer. Research and design require that manufacturer reserve the right to modify and/or
change specification and prices without notice. It is up to manufacturer to offer a grace period of 30 days.
· Privacy Policy: We are reachable via email at amtecs@hotmail.com or telephone at 516-342-9322. For each visitor
to this Web site, our Web Server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or email address. Aggregate
information on what pages visitors access or visit, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, is information
volunteered by the visitor. The information we collect shall not be shared with other organizations for commercial or any
other purposes.
· With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies. We will not contact you unless you request it via an email or phone call. We never
share your information with anyone. We do NOT share your email address with any third party. If you supply us with your postal
address online, you will only receive the information in the same form of communication. Persons, who supply us with their
telephone numbers, will be contacted in the same form.
· With respect to Ad Servers: We do not participate in any ad server programs, but may offer links to other sites
with related or helpful information. We are not responsible for their privacy policies, so be sure to check their individual
privacy policies when visiting their sites. We will never use your information for any other purposes other than for which
it was originally collected. In the event that we may decide to use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously
disclosed in our privacy notice, and our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy
changes to our website to notify these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned
