immediately at 516-749-1247. Shipping Policy- All Items are Shipped w/Commercial Shipping Company to a direct shipping
Point. Receiving is the responsibility of our customers; Bill of Landing should be signed after Inspection only. All Items
are insured against damages till Bill of Landing is signed. When an Item is shipped-out, Customer will receive an email with
the Transit Company’s name and your PRO number. For exact delivery date, please contact the Shipping Company. Large Merchandise
comes on a pallet banded and wrapped for further protection. A forklift will be needed to unload unit or the unit can be unpacked
and unloaded piece by piece/ panel by panel off the pallet while it is still on the truck. Two or three people will need to
be available to receive delivery if this option is chosen. You may be charged a surcharge if it takes too long to unload the
truck. Shipping Time: Customers should expect a standard shipping time of 2 to 3 business days for all in-stock Orders.
That includes 72 hours for preparing the order for shipment and once Shipped-out we will send an E-mail with the PRO#, which
will enable you to go to the web site noted and actually TRACK your shipment. Amtec will always strive to ship products in
a reasonable time frame. The return of any and all merchandise must be routed through Amtec's Customer Service Returns
Department. To return merchandise for any reason, or for merchandise return questions, you should contact our Customer Service
Returns Department. Policy Regarding Needed Permits and Suitability: Because permit requirements vary so much from city
to city and region to region, Amtec can make no guarantee about the suitability or requirement or availability of permits
for products purchased online. It is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain when and if they are required, and to obtain
them as necessary. If the buyer is unsure, we recommend that they check with their local building department for clarification
of requirements. Condition of Products and Installation: Unless otherwise noted, all products come in a "knocked down"
condition, with assembly required on the part of the buyer. Buyers may request quotations for installation and assembly from
us or from any one who can offer. Policy for Defective Merchandise and Shortages: If a product appears to have a manufacturer's
defect, or if there is a shortage, please contact us within 2 days at 516-749-1247 for immediate service. We will be happy
to replace the product, but please do not return products to Amtec without first contacting us to receive instructions. Because
of high freight rates, we may simply choose to replace the merchandise, at our discretion. Returns of defective items require
a Return Authorization Number. Packages without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package will be refused,
and Amtec will not be held responsible for the ultimate disposition of such shipments. Return Policy for Non-Defective
Merchandise: Restocking Policies - Stock orders which are cancelled or changed by our customer after they have been released
for production will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total invoiced amount. Special (Custom-Made) Orders which
are cancelled by our customer after they have been released for production will be subject to the total invoice amount. The
authorized return of non-defective merchandise could incur up to a 25% (of the order total) restocking fee, based on the discretion
of Amtec. No return shipments will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns
will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment by the Customer. Used merchandise may incur up to a 100% restocking
fee, depending upon condition of the returned item. Once a return has been authorized by Amtec's Returns Department, the Customer
must: Return the item to the address given to the Customer by the Returns Department. Write the Return Authorization Number
clearly on the outside of the box or package. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned
merchandise. Returns valued above $100.00 should be insured. Amtec. can not be held liable for returned merchandise that does
not reach its Returns Department. Amtec. will notify the Customer of their refund via e-mail, or Fax, once it has received
and processed the returned item. The Customer can expect to be issued a refund within 1 to 10 business days of Amtec's receipt
of their return. Amtec can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of an Amtec’s error. Customers are responsible
for all freight charges on refused shipments or returns, except when due to an error by Amtec. Amtec is not responsible for
incidental or consequential damages or losses due to product defects, errors in shipping of orders, or other errors. The limit
of Amtec's liability is the replacement cost of any item the Customer purchased from Amtec. Return Policy for Merchandise
Damaged in Shipment: Items damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the freight carrier, and claims should be filed accordingly.
Any missing or damaged cartons must be noted by the recipient, on the freight bill. If the customer notices concealed damage
after the driver has left, they are instructed to keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to arrange to file a claim.
Amtec. is not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier, but will help resolve any problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
Back Orders: Customers will be notified if a product ordered is temporarily out of stock. Customers may be issued a full
refund, or wait for the stock to become available, at their request.

Order Changes/Amendments: Generally, the customer should assume that once an
order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, if the customer contacts Amtec’s customer service department as
soon as possible (within 24 hours) with a change request, it may be possible to amend the order. Because shipping charges
vary based on several geographical factors, even address corrections can result in extra fees. The customer is responsible
for supplying accurate shipping information, and is accountable for any and all losses due to such errors. If it becomes necessary
to cancel an order, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty percent (25%) for In-stock Items. Cancelled
Orders: Once an order has been placed with Amtec. it can only be cancelled if it hasn't yet been shipped out. All order cancellations
- already shipped or awaiting shipment - are subject to a restocking fee of up to twenty five percent (25%) of the order total
for all standard stocking items, plus any shipping and/or handling charges that may apply, based on the discretion of Amtec.
Product that is built to order is non-cancellable, and up to 100% may be charged. Payment Terms and Past Due Invoices:
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are prepaid by check or credit card. We accept check by fax. If a check has been faxed
to us, we reserve the right to negotiate the check through our check by fax program. By faxing a check to Amtec, you have
given your express permission for us to process the check. All past due invoices are subject to the highest interest rate
allowed by law. All bounced checks incur a $39 fee, and must be replaced immediately by a cashier's check. Choices of
Law, Disputes: All orders, unless specifically noted otherwise, take place in the State of NY, in the County of Nassau, regardless
of FOB points or shipping points. - This agreement and the performance of the parties hereunder shall be construed in accordance
with and governed by the law of the State of New York and shall be deemed made in the state. Buyer irrevocably consents to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nassau County, New York, on all matters arising out of or relating to this sale
and Buyer further irrevocably consents to service of process by certified mail, return receipt requested, at Buyer's address
set forth in the order acknowledgement. The above terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with the seller and
accepted by Manufacturer. Buyer acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to abide by
them upon placement of any order with Seller. In the event it becomes necessary to refer the account to a collection agency
or to institute legal action to obtain payment of the account, Buyers agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court
costs incurred by such action. Product improvement is a continuing commitment of Manufacturer. Research and design require
that we reserve the right to modify and / or change specification and prices without notice. It is up to Manufacturer. To
