call, have your AMTECS Walk-In serial number (Located
jut above the Lamp on Door Frame). For refrigeration claims, have the refrigeration model and serial number ready(Located
on the name plate of unit. **please note that claims can not be processed without the serial and model numbers** -- If required, return defective part to the location where you picked-up parts -- If AMTECS authorised you to securing part(s) locally, send copy of wholesaler's invoice to AMTECS. Compressors 1. Secure parts locally from authorised network of Dealers Nationwide ( For authorisation and location email
to amtecs@hotmail.com ) 2. Return
defective compressor to the wholesaler for salvage credit **If the date of manufacture for the compressor is
less than 12 months and it has been in service less than one year, it will be replaced at no charge by the wholesaler. Notify
Warranty Dept. by email to amtecs@hotmail.com the
serial numbers for both the new and defective compressors as well as the serial number of the walk-in cooler or refrigerated
building (Serial number Located jut above the Lamp on Door Frame).
Hermetic Compressor Claim
Processing 1. Secure replacement compressor from local compressor wholesaler **If the date
of manufacture for the compressor is less than 12 months and it has been in service less than one year, it will be replaced
at no charge by the wholesaler. (Located jut above the Lamp on Door Frame).
Other Parts Claim Processing: Contact Parts Dept for Return Authorization Form Notify Warranty Dept. by email to amtecs@hotmail.com the serial numbers for both the new and defective parts as well as the serial number of the walk-in cooler or refrigerated
building (Serial number Located jut above the Lamp on Door Frame). Special Payment Requests Any invoice from a service
company must have the following information: AMTECS authorisation
# Received with in 30 days. No payment will be made without prior authorisation. Itemized list of exactly what service was
performed including parts used (if any) Serial number and model number of the equipment serviced Serial number of
walk-in or refrigerated building on which the equipment is installed
What is not covered
by warranty: -- Equipment rental including torches,
vacuum pumps, reclaim systems. -- Failure caused by improper installation. -- Acts of God. -- Crane or forklift
charges. -- Product Loss. -- Refrigerant. -- Overtime charges. -- Truck charges, mileage. -- Shipping Charges.
-- Per diem charges. Please note that labor warranty is not covered with parts warranty unless an optional
one Year Labor Warranty has been purchased initially.
